Efficiency Analysis with DEA

This training is designed for individuals interested in evaluating and improving the efficiency of various decision-making units such as businesses, public sector organizations, and non-profits. Participants will go through the fundamental principles of DEA, a method used to assess the relative efficiency of entities by comparing their inputs and outputs. Through a combination of theoretical insights and hands-on exercises, participants will gain the skills needed to apply DEA techniques to real-world scenarios, interpret the results, and make informed recommendations for enhancing performance.
